Should I get a Lenovo or HP laptop?
Im personally torn between the HP Mini 1000 & Lenovo Ideapad S10. Im looking for a small, cheap yet reliable laptop with a pretty good battery time. Any other recommendations? Thanks 
I have seen both on display at a recent trade show and here are my thoughts on each. Sorry, i do not own either and can't give any specific information on the battery life:
Lenovo:
1- Keyboard is too small and puts your hands too close together. A real pain in the a**.
2- Specs are good.
3- Runs smoothly.
4- Weight is decent, but i would expect better from a netbook.
HP:
1- Keyboard is more like a full size. Comfortable and easy to use.
2- Specs are on the low side, but this doesnt seem to matter.

In general, I like HP machines because I believe their tech support and logistics are better. HP support has never left me hanging out to dry when I service an HP machine for a client. I would personally pick the HP because of its keyboard and support.
