How do I remove the case or key board from my SONY VAIO-PCG-9J2L laptop...Need to access the hard drive.?
I spilled coffee on my laptop and I need to access the hard drive....how do I accomplish this?
Actually you don't need to even touch the keyboard to access the Hard Disk, it's accessible from the bottom of your laptop, on the side of the battery. You'll find a compartment which you can open with a screwdriver, and there's your Hard Disk.
And by the way, since you spilled coffee on the keyboard your motherboard has probably short-circuited, therefore it won't operate again (unless you have removed the battery right away when the coffee got spilled).
